Even though Isabella teaches and practices the asana (physical) aspect of yoga, her deepest connection to yoga lies in the path of Karma Yoga. To Isabella, Karma Yoga is the practice of selfless action—dedicating one’s life to reducing the suffering of others.
Isabella is one of three co-founders and a board member of Jackson's Brush Puppy Rescue (JBPR), along with Kate Dyck and Kristi Contreras. JBPR is a small, frontline dog rescue serving Frio and La Salle Counties in Texas. JBPR works closely with cities like Cotulla, Pearsall, and Dilley.
